Shipping Policy

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode; remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery pincode. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pincodes and may carry a small handling fee, shown before you pay.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email and SMS, and you can follow it anytime from the Track Order page.

If your package arrives damaged, please raise a support request within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
